Ferguson Enterprises, with annual sales of $17 billion, is the largest distributor of plumbing supplies, waterworks and fire and fabrication products in the US. Ferguson, headquartered in Newport News, Virginia, is also a major distributor of HVAC equipment and industrial products and services.
Objective
Ferguson had a lively and well built mobile presence to support the core distribution business but somehow that forward looking approach had not included the showroom part of the web operation, which in 2016 still had no mobile presence.
Solution
Management looked to 64Labs and Moovweb to provide a budget-aware way to bring the showroom website into the fold and deliver a showroom mobile site worthy of the brand without disruption to their core IT team’s roadmap. 64Labs was retained as a technology partner of Ferguson after the project and is regarded as one of the companies most valued technology partners.
