Reitmans (Canada) Ltd (RCL) is one of the most prestigious retail fashion brands in Canada with 90 stores nationally across 6 brands: Addition Elle, Penningtons, Reitmans, RW & Co., Thyme, and Hyba.
Objective
RCL were undertaking a complete overhaul of Additionelle and wanted a platform to offer front end consistency as the brands user experience designs diverged dramatically for the first time.
Solution
RCL selected Mobify's Front-End-as-a-Service (FAAS) as the technology and 64Labs as the partner. We were charged with implementing a completely custom design using OCAPI/Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the eSpirit CMS, The project - the first partner-delivered fully responsive PWA in the world - was launched on time and on budget delivering world-class page speeds on a spectacular complex design.
