Zumiez is an American multinational specialty clothing store retailer of apparel, footwear, accessories and hardgoods for young men and women. Zumiez markets clothing for action sports, particularly skateboarding, snowboarding and motocross. If you have ever been with a teenager in a mall they dragged you into a Zumiez.
Objective
Zumiez had had a false start in mobile with an early app that had not produced tangible results. Stung by the setback, it took a year to talk Zumiez into trying out Moovweb’s mobile offering and get an optimized site without the work of a redesign or replatform.
Solution
