Our typical team structure comprises seven roles: Project Manager (PM), Technical Architect (TA), FABA, CMS Lead, UI/UX lead, QA, Front-End (FE) and Back-End (BE) developers.
We're currently looking for a FABA specialist ready to play a core role in our company's next phase of growth. The right candidate would have experience building solutions for ecommerce brands and have a good understanding of composable and headless solutions in the ecommerce industry.

- Figma for UX/UI files and interactive prototypes
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for the client business/product owner, and act as representative and champion of their business requirements and objectives within the project team
- Active participation in discovery, scoping, grooming, planning and estimation processes as part of the 64labs SDLC
- Demonstrate a proactive approach at all levels in cooperation with the 64labs project team, client team and their partners
- Conduct structured interviews and facilitate workshops with a range of stakeholders, to capture business, technical and system requirements
- Analyze the client’s current site/solution as well as requesting, collating and absorbing a wide range of client and third party data and documentation to inform the requirements gathering process
- When necessary, coordinate spikes and technical investigations to conduct a deeper dive into a specific area of the client’s current site, their requirements or particular challenges/issues they face
- Generate high-quality sprint–ready user stories that collectively represent the complete scope of the project
- Understand UI/UX best practices and performance optimization techniques to provide platform-based recommendations for site enhancements
- Manage business-related issues and action item resolution
- Collaborate closely with the TA, CMS Lead and rest of the delivery team in agreeing solution designs that deliver against the business requirements
- Analyze and document new and existing business processes to validate a solution that supports the project objectives and develop migration and launch plans to ensure a smooth transition from the existing solution to the new platform
- Manage User Acceptance testing, and handover documents/sessions for the completed project to ensure the client team are in a position to support, maintain and develop the site
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of of experience as a BA/Product Owner in an e-commerce environment, working in either an agency, vendor or merchant setting
- Proactive and self-starting problem-solver who thrives on simplifying the complex
- Confident in establishing and maintaining clear and timely communication between the client team, our project delivery team, and other stakeholders and partners at all levels
- Experience as a Product Owner/proxy Product Owner and an ability to understand and articulate underlying business objectives and specific business challenges
- Proven experience with requirements management, change management and risk management
- Experience leading technical and business critical conversations with stakeholders, vendors and other partners
- Experience with component-based design systems (particularly Figma) and working closely with UX/UI designers
- Demonstrate solid judgement and confident decision-making within a project delivery team
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Salesforce/SFCC
- Experience with Headless CMS & Content schemas
- Basic understanding of other e-commerce platforms and the range of third-party services and platforms common across the e-commerce domain (e.g. Payment Processors, Reviews etc)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, React.js, JSON, and API-based development
- Some experience of using or developing ai and/or automation tools to help deliver business efficiencies
Recruitment process:
Engineering manager interview ( 30 minutes)
The Engineering Manager will share the details about 64labs and what we stand for, as well as inquire about your career aspirations, preferred work environment, skillset, and expertise. After this initial pre-screening phase, your resume will proceed for further evaluation.
Technical Interview with Head of FABA ( 1 hour)
This interview is conducted to evaluate the technical expertise and knowledge required for the role. Be ready to discuss your previous experience, some theoretical questions and a short practical exercise
Final interview with CEO ( 1 hour)
In this interview, you'll have the opportunity to meet our CEO to answer some behavioral questions to assess both your skills and cultural fit with the company
