  • Multiple headless CMS platforms - Amplience, Contentful, Contentstack

  • AI tooling: ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects comprehensively, from initial setup and kick-off to the launch phase.
  • Facilitate, enforce, and maintain process integrity throughout the entire development lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor and analyze the development team's performance daily against sprint and project objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Possess a thorough understanding and practical context of project requirements, architecture, and associated challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Facilitate and oversee all project ceremonies, including Planning Sessions, Daily Standups, Leadership Syncs, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Proactively coordinate with internal and client teams to promptly remove any impediments.
  • Create and maintain project artifacts within Confluence and Google Workspace, and configure Jira projects and boards.
  • Adapt processes to ensure project success, and drive continuous improvement of the Solution Development Lifecycle at a company level, leveraging practical experience and domain expertise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial projects (Ecommerce)
  • Experience managing medium-sized teams (8–20 people)
  • Practical knowledge of traditional, hybrid, and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with large-scale ecommerce platforms (SFCC, Magento, Hybris, BigCommerce, etc.)
  • Exposure to headless commerce, PWA projects, and MACH architecture
  • Familiarity with software development processes
  • Certifications (Agile, Scrum Master, PMP)
  • Proficiency in JQL
  • Practical experience of AI usage and prompt engineering
  • Strong understanding of Git flow
  • Product Owner / Business Analyst experience – ability to elicit requirements and write stories
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms
  • Practical experience with Figma

Recruitment process:

Engineering manager interview ( 30 minutes)
The Engineering Manager will share the details about 64labs and what we stand for, as well as inquire about your career aspirations, preferred work environment, skill set, and expertise. After this initial pre-screening phase, your resume will proceed for further evaluation.

Technical Interview ( 1 hour)
This interview is conducted  to evaluate the technical expertise and knowledge required for the role. Be ready for some theoretical questions as well as short live coding tasks.

Final interview with CEO ( 1 hour)
In this interview, you'll have the opportunity to meet either our CEO or the Head of Development. Expect to answer some behavioral questions to assess both your skills and cultural fit with the company
